### 1. 接受条款
下载、安装或使用「我的衣柜」即表示你同意本使用条款。

### 2. 服务说明
本应用提供 AI 穿搭推荐、虚拟试穿出图、单品图精修、专属模特等功能。AI 生成结果具有不确定性，仅供参考，不构成任何专业建议。

### 3. 购买、积分与解锁
- **Pro 解锁**：一次性买断（非订阅、不自动续费），永久解锁高级功能，并随赠一定积分。
- **积分**：消耗型，用于按量的 AI 出图等动作；不同动作消耗不同积分；积分不可转让、不可兑现。
- **退款**：所有购买经由 Apple 处理，退款适用 Apple 的政策；消耗型积分一经使用不可退。
- 价格以 App 内 Apple 展示的本地价格为准。

### 4. 用户行为规范
你不得上传侵犯他人权利、违法或不当的内容；不得滥用、逆向、攻击或干扰服务。你对所上传内容拥有合法权利。

### 5. 知识产权与内容授权
- 你保留你上传内容的权利；为提供服务，你授予我们处理这些内容（含发送至第三方 AI 模型）的必要许可。
- 所有对外 AI 生成图会带「我的衣柜」品牌标与「AI 生成」标识。

### 6. 免责声明
服务按"现状"提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对适销性、特定用途适用性作担保，不对因使用本应用产生的间接损失负责。

### 7. 终止
你违反本条款时，我们可暂停或终止你的访问。

### 8. 变更
我们可更新本条款，更新后继续使用即视为接受。

By using "My Wardrobe" you agree to these Terms. The app provides AI styling recommendations, virtual try-on, item restyle and a persona model; AI outputs are probabilistic and for reference only. **Pro Unlock** is a one-time, non-subscription purchase that permanently unlocks premium features and grants bonus credits. **Credits** are consumable, spent per AI action, non-transferable and non-refundable once used. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy. You must own the rights to content you upload and must not misuse the service; you grant us the license needed to process your content (including sending it to third-party AI models) to provide the service. All externally shared AI images carry a "My Wardrobe" brand label and an "AI-generated" mark. The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
