### 1. 目的
本政策说明你在使用「我的衣柜 / MyCloset」（含 iOS App 与网页试衣间 mycloset.love/studio）时可以做什么、不可以做什么。使用本服务即表示你同意本政策。

### 2. 服务是什么
MyCloset 是独立的时尚衣橱与**虚拟试穿**产品：帮助你把衣服数字化归档、获取搭配建议，并预览衣服穿在**你本人**身上的效果。  
本产品基于第三方 AI 模型提供能力，**并非**这些模型提供方的官方产品，也未获得其背书。

### 3. 照片与肖像
- 你只能上传**你本人**的照片，或你已获得合法授权的照片。
- **禁止**上传他人肖像用于试穿或生成，除非你已取得对方明确授权。
- 本服务用于个人虚拟试穿与穿搭预览，**不是**换脸、deepfake 或任意人脸操控工具。

### 4. 明确禁止的内容与用途
你不得使用本服务生成、上传、请求或传播以下内容：

1. **色情、裸露、性暗示或 NSFW** 内容（含未成年人相关任何性化内容——零容忍）
2. 仇恨、暴力、恐怖主义、自残或违法犯罪相关内容
3. 骚扰、欺凌、诽谤，或侵犯他人隐私/肖像权/知识产权的内容
4. 用于欺诈、假冒身份、虚假宣传或误导性用途的内容
5. 试图绕过安全审核、内容过滤或账号限制的行为
6. 将服务用于 face-swap / deepfake / 非授权人脸替换

我们可对文本提示与生成请求进行自动或人工审核；违规内容会被拦截，情节严重将暂停或终止账号。

### 5. 积分与付费
网页端可购买积分包与 Pro 订阅；App 内购买走 Apple。积分用于 AI 出图等计费动作，不可转让、不可兑现。详见使用条款。

### 6. 执行
我们发现或接到举报后，可删除内容、限制功能、冻结账号，并依法配合调查。重复或严重违规可能导致永久封禁。

### 1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do when using MyCloset / 我的衣柜 (the iOS app and the web studio at mycloset.love/studio). By using the service, you agree to this policy.

### 2. What the product is
MyCloset is an independent fashion wardrobe and **virtual try-on** product. It helps you digitize clothes you own, get outfit suggestions, and preview how garments look on **you**.  
The product is built on third-party AI models and is **not** affiliated with or endorsed by those model providers.

### 3. Photos and likeness
- Upload only photos of **yourself**, or photos you are legally authorized to use.
- Do **not** upload someone else's likeness for try-on or generation without clear permission.
- This service is for personal virtual try-on and styling preview. It is **not** a face-swap, deepfake, or arbitrary face-manipulation tool.

### 4. Prohibited content and uses
You may not use the service to create, upload, request, or distribute:

1. **Sexual, nude, pornographic, or NSFW** content (including any sexualization of minors — zero tolerance)
2. Hate, violence, terrorism, self-harm, or other illegal content
3. Harassment, bullying, defamation, or content that infringes privacy, likeness, or intellectual property rights
4. Fraud, impersonation, or misleading commercial use
5. Attempts to bypass safety review, content filters, or account limits
6. Face-swap / deepfake / unauthorized face replacement

We may screen prompts and generation requests automatically or manually. Violating content will be blocked; serious violations may lead to suspension or termination.

### 5. Credits and payments
Web users may buy credit packs and Pro subscriptions; in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Credits are consumed by billable AI generation actions and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. See the Terms of Use.

### 6. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts, and cooperate with lawful investigations when required.

### 7. Reports
