### 1. 我们是谁
「我的衣柜」（以下称"本应用"）是一款 AI 穿搭助手。开发者主体：Kailun Pan（潘凯轮，个人开发者）；联系邮箱：support@mycloset.love。
### 2. 我们收集哪些信息
- **你主动提供**：衣物照片、（可选）自拍、身材资料（性别、年龄、身高、体重、三围）、风格偏好、与 AI 的对话内容。
- **账号信息**：通过 Apple / Google 登录时获取的用户标识；游客模式下使用匿名设备标识。
- **自动收集**：设备型号、系统版本、App 版本、语言/地区、时区、匿名设备 ID、使用与崩溃日志、出图/消耗记录（用于计费与改进）。
- **交易信息**：通过 Apple 内购完成的订单标识、商品、金额（由 Apple 处理支付，我们不接触你的银行卡信息）。
### 3. 我们如何使用这些信息
- 提供核心功能：抠图入柜、搭配推荐、虚拟试穿/出图、专属模特、单品图精修。
- 计费与权益：积分扣减、Pro 解锁校验、新人礼包发放、防滥用每日上限。
- 改进体验与排障：分析使用情况、修复问题、统计经营指标。
- 出图标注：所有对外 AI 生成图右下角带「我的衣柜」品牌标与「AI 生成」标识。
### 4. 第三方处理
- **AI 模型服务（OpenRouter 及其上游模型供应商，如 OpenAI / Google / 阿里 等）**：为生成图片/文本，你的照片与提示词会发送至这些服务处理。请知悉相关数据会离开本应用服务器交由模型方处理。
- **Apple / Google 登录与 Apple 内购**：用于账号与支付。
我们不会将你的个人信息出售给第三方。
### 5. 存储与安全（含云端同步）
- 登录后，你的**衣柜（含衣物图片）、已保存搭配（含试穿图）与 AI 对话内容**会上传并存储在我们的服务器，用于：换设备/重装后恢复数据、提供连续的对话体验，以及改进搭配推荐的个性化效果。
- 退出登录不会删除云端数据；如需删除云端副本，请联系我们（见第 6 条）。
- 我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护数据（传输加密、登录凭证哈希存储、数据库定期备份），但任何传输/存储都无法保证 100% 安全。
### 6. 你的权利
- 你可在 App 内删除衣物/搭配；可退出登录。
- 你可联系我们请求导出或删除你的账号数据：support@mycloset.love。
### 7. 儿童
本应用不面向 14 周岁以下儿童，不会主动收集其信息。
### 8. 变更
隐私政策更新会在本页发布并更新"最后更新"日期。

### 1. Who we are
"My Wardrobe" is an AI styling assistant. Provider: Kailun Pan (individual developer). Contact: support@mycloset.love.
### 2. Information we collect
- **You provide**: clothing photos, optional selfie, body profile (gender, age, height, weight, measurements), style preferences, chat content with the AI.
- **Account**: identifiers from Apple / Google sign-in; an anonymous device identifier in guest mode.
- **Collected automatically**: device model, OS/app version, locale, timezone, anonymous device ID, usage/crash logs, generation/credit records.
- **Transactions**: Apple In-App Purchase order identifiers, product, amount (payment is handled by Apple; we never see your card details).
### 3. How we use it
To provide core features (cutout, recommendations, virtual try-on, persona, item restyle), to handle credits/Pro entitlement/newcomer gift and anti-abuse limits, and to improve and troubleshoot. All AI-generated images shared externally carry a "My Wardrobe" brand label and an "AI-generated" mark.
### 4. Third parties
To generate images/text, your photos and prompts are sent to AI model providers via **OpenRouter and its upstream models (e.g., OpenAI / Google / Alibaba)**. We use Apple / Google sign-in and Apple IAP. We do not sell your personal data.

After sign-in, your wardrobe (including garment images), saved outfits (including try-on images) and AI chat history are uploaded to and stored on our servers, to restore your data on a new device, keep conversations continuous, and improve recommendation personalization. Signing out does not delete cloud data; contact us to delete it. You can delete items/outfits in-app, sign out, or email us to export/delete your account data (including cloud copies).
